brand new key-ready property in Spain, be it a Costa Blanca holiday home or an investment property in Costa Blanca we start with one of the coastal hot spots. Torrevieja has attracted mass tourism in a big way but this doesn’t seem to deter many British property-hunters who are magnetized by the highly affordable property there. Fancy an apartment for between €50,000 and €70,000? This is where most people might look, not least because rentals are incredibly strong That’s because it’s got a lot to offer: two salt-water lagoons, five golf courses nearby, Blue Flag beaches, a thriving market, family friendly facilities and plenty of nightlife. Find anything from a studio apartment crashpad or little bungalow for less than €40,000 to a three-bed villa for within a budget of €200,000. Around Torrevieja the locations of Benijofar, Los Montesinos, Cuidad Quesada, Los Altos and Guardamar del Segura attract interest. In these areas you might get a sleek brand-new detached villa for around €230,000 – but again, an apartment might cost less than €50,000.Also inland, Villamartin is very popular indeed: its Club de Golf Villamartin is a prestigious course; good restaurants are plentiful at Villamartin Plaza and there’s a vibrant international community of owners and expats. Two-bed apartments/townhouses cost €65,000 to €90,000 whilst three-bed villas start at a little over €100k. Meanwhile in the nearby upmarket gated residential community of Los Dolses, prices are a little higher with three-bed properties north of €150,000, and a four-bed villa with a pool around €220,000 that might rent for £1,000 a week in peak summer. But an area currently very popular is that of Orihuela Costa - south of Torrevieja, down to around Campoamor – for offering a large selection of affordable property, from resales to plenty of new-build schemes. The three coastal hotspots of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are all handy for both Murcia and Alicante airports (less than 45 minutes); the historical cities of Murcia such as Cartagena; the Orihuela Costa Resort Complex (top sporting facilities) and the biggest shopping mall in the region, La Zenia Boulevard. They also have easy access to the three golf courses inland: Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Campoamor also has a good beach.Prime shopping aside, La Zenia itself has two Blue Flag beaches, and a choice of many new-build developments, with many two- and even three-bed apartments around the €90-100k mark. Pricing is similar at next-door Playa Flamenca, a small, busy resort combining historic buildings with plenty of new-build. Heading to the bottom of the Costa is Cabo Roig, a peninsula of palm-lined avenues, the Blue Flag beaches of La Caleta and Cala Capitan, three golf courses and lovely views towards La Manga and the Mar Menor. Plenty of two-bed apartments available for €70k-€100k. Also worth a mention are the southern-most towns of Campoamor and Pinar de Campoverde – the latter a popular residential area for expats because it offers all the amenities one might need. Expect to pay around €140,000 for a three-bed villa, or €80,00-90,000 for a two-bed townhouse. Prices are somewhat higher at the nearby Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, an upmarket golf resort with homes from €700,000.Here at sunworld we have many new build and re sales properties , visit our website to find out more Costa
